About Rud Pedersen
Rud Pedersen is a European public affairs and strategic communication group, present in more than 20 markets, with offices in Madrid, Brussels, Berlin, Paris, London and Stockholm.
In Spain, its Public Policy team analyses the regulatory environment for clients in energy, technology, finance, mobility, health, defence, sustainability, tourism and agrifood. The accuracy of that work is the foundation of the service.
The starting point
Each regulatory document took about 45 minutes to analyse. An analyst reviewed dozens a day, and catching a tangential reference, such as a tax provision inside a mobility law that affects a financial client, depended on their attention.
In practice, coverage was limited to parliamentary sources. Extending it to official gazettes, regulators or the European Union, or taking on new clients, meant growing the team at the same pace.
What we did together
Reversa was set up for Rud Pedersen's multi-client model: one agent per client, with its sector, its regulatory scope and its business context.
One agent per client
It understands the client's business, not just its keywords.
The full scope
National and regional gazettes, the OJEU, parliaments and sector regulators, in a single service.
Analysis with context
Every document is read in full, and tangential references are identified too.
Delivered to each team
Findings reach the people on each account at the right time.
What changes
The Public Policy team puts its effort into the analysis that adds value for each client. It can take on new clients and jurisdictions, such as the European Union, without the volume of reading limiting it.
| Aspect | Before | With Reversa |
|---|---|---|
| Sources | Parliamentary | Gazettes, parliaments and regulators |

“Reversa is key to our regulatory intelligence service. It gives us the confidence that any regulatory impact is under control and lets us focus on what really matters: delivering value-added analysis to our clients.”
