Re-versing Reversa
Regulation should open the way forward. Today Reversa changes to make that true for the organisations we serve.

Today we introduce a new Reversa, with a clearer purpose and a larger ambition: to solve the regulatory problems of large organisations, companies and public administrations alike, wherever they operate.
If you lead an organisation, you know the paradox. Your teams have never had more access to regulatory information, yet turning that information into decisions has never been heavier work. This post explains what we have built to change that, and what it means for you.
Where we started
Reversa began with a focused goal: help teams keep track of the regulation that affects them. We read official gazettes, parliaments and regulators, and told our clients what had moved.
The work was useful, and it taught us a great deal. In our first year we worked with listed companies, multinationals, law firms, consultancies and public bodies. All of them showed us the same thing.
What we learned
Organisations do not lack regulatory information. They lack the capacity to turn it into action.
Answering a regulatory question properly usually takes more reading than any team can manage: several jurisdictions, several authorities, grey areas at every step. So teams answer a smaller question instead. Most of the budget for regulatory work goes on reading, and reading is not advice.
Knowing what changed was never the real problem. The real problem comes after: what applies to this organisation, in these markets, to these activities, and what to do about it. That is where we decided to build.
What Reversa is now
Reversa solves regulatory problems for large organisations, wherever they operate. We call it a Regulatory System of Action: the system carries out most of the work and presents a solution ready for your team to approve.
It rests on two foundations:
- The world's regulation, structured. Official sources organised country by country, so that every rule can be read, related and traced.
- A model of how your organisation operates. Your markets, sites, products and activities, connected to your internal systems through secure connectors.
Solutions are built where the two meet and delivered where your team already works: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and your corporate AI assistant. Every answer links back to the law that supports it, so your team can verify it and put its name to it.
Behind the system is a team of lawyers and engineers. Each problem a client brings becomes a reusable workflow, so every problem we solve makes Reversa stronger for every client. What ERP is to finance and CRM is to customers, Reversa is to regulation.
How we can help
Reversa works on the problems that reach a General Counsel's desk and cannot wait:
- Map what applies. The obligations in force for each market, product, site or entity, linked to the rule behind them.
- Act before the rule arrives. What is being decided, and what to do before it applies.
- Shape the rules. Drafts, amendments and votes compared, so public affairs teams engage at the right moment with the right people.
- Answer with evidence. One legal question across several jurisdictions, answered and cited to the article.
- Run compliance. Each obligation carried through to a control, an owner, a deadline and evidence.
- Launch and expand. What a new market or product requires, country by country, before the decision is taken.
For legal teams, the result is clear, defensible decisions across countries. For compliance, reliable and traceable evidence. For public affairs, the full picture behind each political change. For law firms and consultancies, the capacity to serve more clients, faster, at the standard they already hold. For public administrations, legal analysis grounded in the law, at the scale citizens and businesses expect.
In our clients' experience, time spent on regulatory tasks falls by around 90%. That time goes back to what matters: guiding the organisation.
What stays the same
Our name stays. So do the people our clients already work with, the accounts they use and the standard we hold ourselves to: every answer grounded in the law, nothing overstated.
What changes is the scope of our ambition. We are building a company for the long term, European in character and global in reach, with one belief at its centre: regulation, well understood, enables prosperity.
If your organisation faces a regulatory problem in one country or many, we would welcome the conversation. Tell us the problem, and we will show you how Reversa solves it.
