About the role
Reversa is the operating system for regulation. Six months in, with ~100% MoM growth, Fortune 500 customers already trusting us, and we are doing it AI-native from the ground up.
What we're solving. Regulation is the hardest unstructured-data problem in the world. Every economy on the planet runs on it, every company is shaped by it, and nobody has properly structured it. It is a double mission: making regulation better and more just, and giving companies anywhere in the world the ability to operate in heavily regulated environments and to control regulatory risk without slowing down their operations, killing innovation, or burning billions in compliance costs.
Why it matters. Today, regulation is the silent tax on the world economy. Products that never launch. Markets that stay closed. Deals that never close. Founders who set up shop somewhere else. The pattern repeats in every economy: the rules are too dense to read, too fragmented to compare, and too volatile to plan against.
But regulation does not have to be a blocker. Once it is structured, executable, and navigable, the same surface that blocked you becomes the surface you operate on. You enter new markets in weeks instead of years. You expand operations across jurisdictions without losing the thread. You turn regulatory arbitrage, today a privilege of the few, into a strategy any team can run. You build products nobody could build before, because nobody could model the legal layer beneath them.
We are not building a compliance tool. We are building the infrastructure that turns the world's rulebook into a competitive advantage, for every company, in every economy. We are here to change how the world works.
How we're doing it. We are translating the global regulatory corpus into a live, digital, mathematically executable system: a knowledge graph infrastructure of global regulation, updated in real time, navigated by regulatory agents that act on the law. They predict what is coming, draft the response, and execute the workflow.
Regulation does not reveal itself in a Notion brief. The General Counsel of a multinational does not have a clean problem statement. Their team has accumulated workarounds, manual processes, undocumented exceptions, and risk that lives in someone's head. The product they need is one nobody has built yet, and the only way to build it is to listen first and then build.
That is the role. You are the person who does both. You sit with the customer until you understand their problem better than they do. You design the agent flow, the data model, the integration. Then you build it. Not as a prototype: as the system that goes into production, gets renewed, and quietly becomes the way the world's largest companies handle regulation.
Most companies hire two people for this and watch them lose information in the handoff. We need one relentless builder who can hold the whole loop. Commercial intuition and regulatory depth on one side, real technical skill and AI-native instincts on the other. You will own a vertical of the product, define how Reversa operates in it, and amplify everything the founders are doing in the market.
This role is not for everyone. The brief will be ambiguous, the customer will change their mind, and you will be expected to ship anyway. If that sounds like the job you have been looking for, we want to meet you.
Who we are
Three co-founders, a small team, growing fast. You will have full ownership of a vertical, direct access to the founders every day, and the kind of trust that comes with being early.
We move fast. We trust good judgment over process. We obsess about customers and the problem; everything else follows.
What we're looking for
- Builder DNA. Ex-founder, operator, or someone who has built and shipped something serious, ideally in front of real customers.
- Preferred background in Engineering, Law + Tech (data analytics, legal tech), or Tech + Management. Not a hard requirement if your track record speaks for itself.
- Track record at BigTech, as a startup founder or operator, in tier-1 Big Law, or in tier-1 consulting. We care more about what you actually did than what was on your business card.
- AI-native. Claude Code is muscle memory, you have built real things with agents, and you can ship a working system in a week.
- You have sat across the table from senior decision-makers and changed their mind with substance, not slides.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. The brief will not be clean and we will not pretend it is.
- Insatiable curiosity. Constant learning is what drives you.
- Relentless. Extreme ownership. You finish what you start.
- High agency. You do not wait to be told.
Location & compensation
Location: Madrid. We work mostly from the office because we like being together and we build faster that way. Reasonable WFH flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
Compensation: 40-50k€ + Equity. Real founding-employee skin in the game, not a token grant.
