About the role
Reversa is the operating system for regulation. Six months in, with ~100% MoM growth, Fortune 500 customers already trusting us, and we are doing it AI-native from the ground up.
What we're solving. Regulation is the hardest unstructured-data problem in the world. Every economy on the planet runs on it, every company is shaped by it, and nobody has properly structured it. It is a double mission: making regulation better and more just, and giving companies anywhere in the world the ability to operate in heavily regulated environments and to control regulatory risk without slowing down their operations, killing innovation, or burning billions in compliance costs.
Why it matters. Today, regulation is the silent tax on the world economy. Products that never launch. Markets that stay closed. Deals that never close. Founders who set up shop somewhere else. The pattern repeats in every economy: the rules are too dense to read, too fragmented to compare, and too volatile to plan against.
But regulation does not have to be a blocker. Once it is structured, executable, and navigable, the same surface that blocked you becomes the surface you operate on. You enter new markets in weeks instead of years. You expand operations across jurisdictions without losing the thread. You turn regulatory arbitrage, today a privilege of the few, into a strategy any team can run. You build products nobody could build before, because nobody could model the legal layer beneath them.
We are not building a compliance tool. We are building the infrastructure that turns the world's rulebook into a competitive advantage, for every company, in every economy. We are here to change how the world works.
How we're doing it. We are translating the global regulatory corpus into a live, digital, mathematically executable system: a knowledge graph infrastructure of global regulation, updated in real time, navigated by regulatory agents that act on the law. They predict what is coming, draft the response, and execute the workflow.
This is not a sales internship. It is not a research internship either. We called it GTM Intern because the role lives at the intersection of both. You will do the regulatory research that gives Reversa an edge no competitor has, and turn it into the commercial work that closes deals and shapes how the market thinks.
The job is to feed the brain of the company and amplify what the rest of the team builds. Reversa wins by understanding the regulatory landscape better than anyone else, and that takes deep research, real creativity, and the kind of relentless drive to dig where nobody else is looking. You will be reading bills before they pass, watching parliamentary committees nobody watches, mapping enforcement actions across jurisdictions, and finding the patterns that turn into our edge in the market. And you will turn what you find into the arguments, frameworks, and content that move clients, regulators, and the people we hire next.
There is no script. You build it.
In this team you will need to defend your positions with arguments, because that is how decisions get made here. If you can think clearly under pressure and back yourself with evidence, you will thrive. If you need a manager telling you what to do every morning, this will be uncomfortable.

Location & compensation
Location: Madrid. We work mostly from the office because we like being together and we build faster that way. Reasonable WFH flexibility on a case-by-case basis.
Compensation: paid internship. The real upside is what compounds after.
